The firm was founded in 1970 by Attorney Boaz Raveh (who has held a license to practice law since 1965) and has a staff of 15, including the partners, Attorney Boaz Raveh and Attorney Shai Raveh, additional attorneys, interns and administrative staff.
The partners' worldview, which has been passed on to their staff over the years, is to give a professional, dedicated, efficient and rapid legal service to the firm’s clients. By virtue of their qualifications and experience, the firm's partners also act as arbitrators at the Arbitration Institute of the Chamber of Commerce and as mediators on behalf of the Court and/or litigants. We represent property owners, land owners and entrepreneurs, both in negotiations and in preparation of complex transactions, such as sales, combinations and transactions for the sale of apartments or homesteads and complex lease agreements as well as legal support in construction entrepreneurism, representation of contractors vis-à-vis apartment purchasers and/or the authorities and so on, including vis-à-vis the Israel Lands Administration, the tax authorities, planning authorities and others.
We currently provide service for firms and businesses – both small and large – in commerce, the services and manufacturing. In accordance with the “one shop” principle, our service includes ongoing legal support for the client's business, including ongoing legal advice, representation in negotiations for contracts, support and advice for the client’s participation in tenders, drafting of the requisite forms for business operation and examination of the concomitant legal aspects, advice about labor law and various operational aspects of the business, following up the activity vis-à-vis banks, insurance companies, authorities, suppliers, customers and so on. Our guide line is to input all the information, of and about the client, into a current daily, dedicated and attentive service.
The partners in the firm serve as arbitrators and mediators both at the firm and at the Israeli Institute of Commercial Arbitration (named after the late Professor Smadar Ottolenghi). Attorney Boaz Raveh also serves as a mediator in files referred for mediation by the Supreme Court. Attorney Shai Raveh is qualified to serve as an ENE (early neutral evaluation) mediator by the Ministry of Justice. Other attorneys at the firm are qualified as mediators.
